Building Bridges

Building Futures

The Rosary Boys' RC School PTA is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment between parents, teachers, and the community to enhance the educational experience of students. Our tagline, "SKIP - Successful Kids = Involved Parents," reflects our commitment to active parent engagement. With our theme "Building Bridges, Building Futures," we aim to create strong connections between parents, teachers, stakeholders, and corporate Trinidad, working together to build brighter futures for our children. Through strategic initiatives, regular planning, and active participation, the PTA supports various school programs and promotes a positive, unified approach to education.

How we PTA

  • Celebrating a young boy winning a math competition, holding a trophy and wearing a gold medal, surrounded by three classmates with happy expressions, with math symbols and diagrams written on the air.

    The Mathletes School-Wide Competion

The Rosary Boys’ RC School PTA hosts our weekly Mathletes Competition, held every Friday during class time, as part of our efforts to celebrate the school year of maths. This PTA-led initiative strengthens numeracy skills, builds confidence, and promotes a positive attitude toward mathematics through fun, age-appropriate challenges. Students develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and healthy competition. The programme recognises achievement and participation, with winners celebrated in the Infants, Lower School, and Upper School.

  • A young boy with curly black hair sitting at a table in a restaurant, holding a fork and knife, surrounded by other children in similar attire.

    The Etiquette Programme

The PTA Etiquette Program teaches students essential social skills, including respect, communication, and proper conduct. This training helps students navigate social and professional environments confidently. Studies show that students with proper etiquette often perform better academically and socially, as it fosters discipline, self-respect, and positive relationships with peers and teachers.

  • Animated boy standing on stage at a talent show, wearing a white shirt with the number 7, surrounded by an audience of children, with decorations and signs including a large bee and a numeral 2 with a bee and butterfly design, along with a logo of a family and the text 'Rosary Boys' RC School PTA, Success Builds'.

    Spell to Excel Spelling Bee

The Spell to Excel PTA Spelling Bee and Public Speaking competitions, with the theme "Unlocking the Power of Words, One Letter at a Time," inspire students to develop strong language skills and confidence. These events foster academic excellence, encourage effective communication, and empower students with essential speaking and spelling abilities for future success.
